A FOURTEEN-year-old girl has faced court on a number of charges after a group of youths set upon another teenager in the early hours one morning in the Mildura CBD.

A children's court heard the accused and three co-accused had spent up to seven hours walking around the CBD and skate park before they were approached about 3.30am by the victim while outside a public toilet block.
