REGARDING the sports grants rort, still nobody from the LNP can explain what method was used to award grants or why the merit-based system was ­ignored. 

Now the PM has added zero to the situation, saying each project was eligible.

All very well, but it still fails to explain the process.

And the claim “no rules were broken” clearly indicates the rule-makers have it rigged.
