Again, I find myself agreeing with Cr Glenn Milne. 

Yes, we do need a second bridge, but I disagree with him on the location and remind him that it was the Mildura Rural City Council some 50 years ago that campaigned and successfully rejected the Country Roads Board’s proposal for a four-lane bridge off Deakin Avenue to Buronga.
