MARIA Riedl (Txt The Editor, March 26) has once again attacked my stand on seeking the completion of the Murray Basin Rail Project, an essential service to this community.

Ms Riedl rambles on about passenger trains, mayors and “open minded faces” overlooking the fact that trains need well-maintained infrastructure to operate on, or they crash.
