IT was an atmosphere of fun on Tuesday as students at Sacred Heart Primary School celebrated their return to school with a Buddy Day.

Each year, students from Year 6 and Prep are paired up as part of the Buddy Program, to help new students settle into school.

Deputy Principal Jacinda Deacon said the Buddy Day was a way to help students transition back to the classroom after learning from home.
