FOR heart attack survivor Troy Jenner, it could have been a very different outcome if it weren't for the quick actions of two good Samaritans.

On October 16, the 53-year-old was driving on Benetook Avenue, Mildura, when he suffered a heart attack at the wheel, ran off the road and crashed into a truck trailer.
