A POLICE custody officer has been seen on Mildura CBD's CCTV assaulting her partner.

Susan Aylott came before the Mildura Magistrates' Court on Tuesday and pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful assault.

The court was told the 39-year-old worked as a police custody officer, so the matter was prosecuted by the Office of Public Prosecutions.
