SWAN Hill Rural City Council has approved two applications for the subdivision of land in Robinvale, despite claimed conflicts with state planning laws.

At the December council meeting, a majority of councillors voted to approve a two-lot subdivision and house excision at Satelberg Road, and another at Anzac Road.
