IT will be an afternoon of smooth blues tunes at Mildura Arts Centre on Sunday when the Lazy Eye Blues Party takes to the stage alongside music legends Phil Manning from the iconic band Chain and New York Blues Hall Of Fame member Chris Finnen.

Frontman Evan Whetter said the band members, who are no strangers to the region, are excited to return to Mildura -- the hometown of lead guitarist Erica Graf.
