RUBBISH hot spots across Robinvale are being targeted, with cleanup work well underway.

"We have cleaned up rubbish from about three kilometres of roadside in the Tol Tol area -- it looks so much cleaner and more inviting," Swan Hill Rural City Council's Emma Wright said.
