POLICE are appealing to the public to help identify a driver who failed to pay for petrol.
On September 26, a gold Honda was filmed on CCTV at a petrol station in Fifteenth Street, Mildura.
The driver filled up with petrol but did not attempt to pay.
Police said the car appeared to have a false numberplate attached.
