A LACK of infrastructure is challenging Sunraysia's ability to enhance its destination branding, a new Mildura Council strategy has highlighted.

The draft event strategy, developed in an effort to expand Sunraysia's events calendar, outlines the council's visions, strategic goals and action plan for the next five years.
