WILD winds and dry conditions combined to produce a dust storm across Sunraysia on Friday.

The dust swept across Mildura about 10.30am, following a severe weather warning issued by the Bureau of Meterology (BOM) for damaging winds across the Mallee.

Mildura is no stranger to "dust-ups" this year after one of the worst storms on record darkened the city in May.
