ALL Mildura Rural City Council ratepayers who register to receive rates notices via email before September 30 will go in the draw to win up to $2000 off their 2025-2026 rates bill.

To enter the draw ratepayers will need to sign up via mildura.enotices.com.au by entering an email address and the eNotice reference number located on the rates notice.
