A NEW South Wales police officer alleged to have breached a court order while off-duty has been issued with a summons to the Mildura Magistrates Court.

The 26-year-old constable is alleged to have breached a family violence intervention order on three separate occasions between Sunday, June 22, and Sunday, June 29.
