SWAN Hill Bakehouse is preparing to take on Australia’s best bakers this Saturday at The Great Australian Vanilla Slice Triumph at Merbein.

Family-owned bakers Callum, Ailysha and Karen McKenzie have spent the past week perfecting their entry, aiming to bring home the title of Australia’s best vanilla slice.
