MALLEE soil champion and lecturer Dr Christopher McDonough has been nominated as a finalist for the General Jeffery Soil Health Award for his work addressing rising salinity on Mallee farmlands.

The award is part of Landcare Australia’s upcoming National Conference featuring panels discussing the state of Australia’s environmental and agricultural sectors.
