POLICE are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man known to frequent Mildura.
Thirty-year-old John Kelly who is wanted on warrants relating to armed robbery, attempted burglary and unlawful assault.
Mr Kelly is known to frequent the Mildura, Echuca and Moama areas.
