CATHOLIC Care Victoria Housing broke ground on Wednesday, August 6 for a project to construct 46 new homes to aid housing affordability in Mildura.

The social and community housing sites will reside on Eleventh Street in Mildura, outside St Andrews Uniting Church, which has been vacant for several years now.
