THE Mildura Rural City Council has released the municipality’s four-year Council Plan for 2025 to 2029, alongside an updated Community Vision 2020 to 2040 document.

Mayor Cr Helen Healy said that the plan “sets a clear roadmap” for council to “enhance environmental sustainability, community, wellbeing, infrastructure, economic growth and leadership over the next four years”.
