BOULEVARD Motor Inn Mildura has sold after receiving over 70 enquiries within the first week of the campaign.

The beloved inn was purchased by Adhiraj Pty Ltd, who successfully offered $7,650,000, standing out from the strong competition for the asset.

This won’t be Adhiraj Pty Ltd’s first Motor Inn rodeo, with other motels in operation across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
