A YOUNG man accused of careless driving on a New South Wales probationary licence without displaying the appropriate plates has been fined and warned not to do it again.

The Mildura Magistrates Court heard that 18-year-old Cameron Peters was observed by police earlier this year driving erratically at a fast rate of speed along Fifteenth Street, weaving in and out of traffic.
