WORKS at a Red Cliffs' boat ramp are compelate, with the facility now open for use.

Funded by the Victorian State Government, the $440,000 overhaul of Horseshoe Bend boat ramp came out of Better Boating Fund with money drawn from recreational marine licence and vessel registration fees.

Northern Victoria upper house MP Jaclyn Symes said the completion of the works was a "great result".
