A MILDURA man described as "utterly impetuous" by a magistrate has been brought into custody for allegedly breaching a full no-contact family violence order.

The 19-year-old, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, had been ordered to stay away from a 16-year-old girl after what police described as a turbulent on-and-off again relationship involving drug use.
