TO mark his 72nd birthday, prominent volunteer and charity spokesperson John Burfitt walked 72 laps of Langtree Mall on Friday.

Covering 21.5 kilometres and a total of 26,000 steps, he donned his familiar rainbow hat and carried a shaker tin for the charity he created 10 years ago, CHAILIS.
