A LOCAL indie musician has leaned into country with the release of his third single, along with an accompanying documentary about how music has shaped his life.

Levi Smith, also known as Lune Ranger, premiered the new record Gold at the start of the month, which he said was a track he hoped felt lived, honest and real.
