LIFELINE Loddon Mallee staff are inviting everyone to join the charity's push-up challenge to spread awareness for mental health.

Running from June 4 to 26, the event has participants complete 3214 push-ups over 23 days, representing the 3214 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023.
