THE head of a local housing insecurity not-for-profit has called on key stakeholders to do more in the region on build-to-rent programs.

Mallee Accommodation and Support Program chief executive officer Charmaine Calis said the Federal Government and property developers could be doing more in the build-to-rent space and the result would go towards addressing homelessness and housing insecurity.
