A PASSENGER train will make its way to Mildura this week in what is being dubbed the return of the iconic Vinelander.

Not-for-profit volunteer organisation Slow Rail Journeys is hosting the sold-out trip, carrying 151 guests from Melbourne to Mildura and back, stopping at many towns along the way.
