A SPOKESPERSON for Court Services Victoria has said the organisation is unable to share details over a security breach, when a man leapt from the Mildura Magistrates' Court dock and was on the brink of exiting the building before he was restrained, for security reasons.

The 30-year-old Mildura man made the brazen attempt for freedom last month after he was refused bail on a string of alleged offences including gun and burglary charges.
