THERE are fears that a merger between Mildura Base Public Hospital and Bendigo Health could be “hidden” in tomorrow's State Budget.

Member for Mildura Jade Benham said the Government was “unlikely” to announce a merger between the health services, which could be one of several as part of a billion-dollar bailout of cash-strapped hospitals across the state.
