THE driver of a car that collided with a truck near Merbein this month will appear in court next week charged with dangerous driving causing death and failing to stop at a stop sign.

Police allege that a truck was travelling south on Main Avenue (Calder Highway) and a Holden SUV was heading east on Fifth Street when the incident happened about 2.35pm on April 4.
