A MAN accused of trafficking a commercial quantity of methamphetamine after he was intercepted by police in Mildura has been refused bail for a second time.

Police allege that more than 400g of methamphetamine was located in a Mildura motel room after three men, including 41-year-old Baha Naaman, were intercepted on the corner of Ontario Avenue and Jubilee Drive on November 25 last year.
