FORMER Mildura Rural City Council chief executive Gerard Jose has been appointed to the top role at Rural Care Australia.

The Board of Directors announced Mr Jose's appointment on Wednesday, saying he was excited to work shaping the future of Chaffey Aged Care and Generations Early Leaning on a permanent basis.
