PEOPLE from all over flocked to the Murray River Salami Festival in Euston Saturday, but out of a record 95 entries, just one was named a cut above the rest.

While there was an array of entertainment by the river, Underbool's Hoby Brown claimed this year's bragging rights and a $2000 prize, his salami voted as the best by a panel of ten judges.
