MILDURA'S Kasae Fraser is cooking up a storm on this year's UK MasterChef: The Professionals.

Ms Fraser, who grew up in Mildura but now lives in Yate, England, stepped onto the screen as a contestant last week, putting her culinary skills to the test against other professional chefs.
