SHOP owners and shoppers alike are experiencing a "really good vibe" in Langtree Mall, says House of B.L.K co-proprietor Lefki Stephens. She and daughter Katerina Stephens opened their homewares store in December and trade, she said, immediately "went nuts". "There's a really good vibe in the mall at the moment and everyone's really enjoying it," said Lefki, pictured here in the shop with Billy Stephens. OCCUPANCY rates have soared across the Mildura CBD to pre-pandemic levels, after dozens of new businesses opened their doors in the second half of 2022.
