FORMER AFL player Glenn Manton helped students celebrate their dads at St Joseph's College Father's Day breakfast on Friday.

He told students to make sure they kissed their fathers every day, a rule the former Carlton and Essendon player said he lived by.

Manton also spoke to the audience about the hardships he faced throughout his career and how it felt to be delisted from clubs twice.
