PROPERTY data has identified Robinvale median house prices have increased by more than 100 per cent in the past five years.

The PropTrack report shows the median house price in Robinvale had increased from $180,000 in 2017 to $390,000 in 2022 – a 116 per cent increase in five years.

However, a local real estate agent believes the figures may not be a true representation of the town.
