A NEW initiative plans to address workforce shortages in Mildura, while supporting vulnerable women into vocational training and employment.

The WomenCAN Australia charity, in conjunction with Jobs Victoria, have launched the Mildura Placement Circle program, which aims to support local women into 12-month fulltime and part-time roles in the aged-care sector.
