BRINGING some Melbourne flair to Mildura, Honey Bar is hoping to provide locals with something they "wouldn't expect on your average night out".

With the new weekly event, Miss Honey Fridays, kicking off this week, Honey Bar co-owners Giac Ietto and Justin Lamattina said they were bringing something a bit different to town.
