SUNRAYSIA residents jumped at the chance to keep their dogs safe at the weekend, booking out a free vaccination clinic.

Held from Friday to Sunday as a part of RSPCA's local community outreach program, Mildura Loves Pets, the vaccination clinic aimed to protect Sunraysia's dogs against parvovirus.

Community outreach co-ordinator Bec Mundi said about 70 dogs were given the C3 vaccine.
