MILDURA elders can now make submissions toward the Yoo-rrook truth and justice commission as public hearings begin in Melbourne.

The commission, the first Aboriginal-led truth-telling body in Australia, has called for submissions from Aboriginal people living in Victoria share and record stories about the impacts of colonisation.
