BOTH Ouyen and Mildura will host the Festival of Small Halls this year as it returns for the first time in three years.

Visiting 21 regional Victorian halls, The Autumn Small Halls festival includes performances from award-winning indie folk duo Charm of Finches and singer-songwriter Jack Carty.
