ONE Mildura resident has been left "devastated" after his home was flooded during the storm on Wednesday night.

Only an hour after the rain began to fall, David Dolic discovered his entertainment area began taking on water, and shortly after 90 per cent of the bottom storey of his home was flooded up to 50mm deep.
