MORE than 100 homes across Sunraysia were inundated by water overnight Wednesday as Mildura recorded its highest daily January rainfall on record, causing flash flooding.   A quarter of the city's yearly rainfall fell in a two-hour period from 9.30pm Wednesday keeping Mildura's State Emergency Service crews busy with calls for assistance until the early hours of Thursday morning.
