Local workers don’t want harvest jobs, says Peter Walsh

THE arrival of 200 foreign seasonal workers in Victoria is just a "fraction" of what is needed for the upcoming harvest, according to shadow agriculture minister Peter Walsh.

Agriculture Minister Mary-Anne Thomas last week confirmed that 200 additional workers would arrive after quarantining through Tasmania.
