Mildura Riverfront crossing safety set for review

MILDURA Council says it is "timely" to consider reversing arrangements at riverfront pedestrian crossings that give priority to vehicles amid fears someone would need to be injured "or worse" before change was made.

There are eight traffic calming points between George Chaffey Bridge and Jaycee Park, with a two-sided sign on both sides of each crossing point that indicate pedestrians must give way to traffic
