LANDOWNER Dom Ietto was "over the moon" after his plan for an RV-friendly caravan park on the outskirts of Mildura was given the nod on Wednesday night.

The majority of Mildura councillors backed Mr Ietto's proposal to build 10 self-contained cabins and 13 powered sites on Benetook Avenue, between Sixteenth and Seventeenth streets.
