POPULAR Mildura barber Sammy Pileggi was booked out in 10 minutes on Tuesday for his shop's reopening after the Andrews' Government ended Victoria's fifth lockdown overnight.

The Slip Rocks Barber Shop owner was buzzing with excitement at the prospect of welcoming back many of his loyal customers – who he describes more as "friends" – when the business reopens at 7.30
